• VAT included
• High Season: From 20th july to 31th august.
• Special Dates: Easter, 12h October, “Constitution” week (6th and 8th december), Christmas and end of the year.
• Low Season: From 1st january to 20th july and from 1st september to 28th december (with the exception of the dates above as high season).

Booking Conditions

• Booking confirmation will be done by entering from 20 to 40% of the total amount of the stay, into a bank account number within 3 days of booking confirmation. The remaining amount of the stay will be paid upon entry into the house and delivery of keys.
• If you cancel your stay, the booking amount will be refunded under the following conditions:
  • Cancellation more than one month in advance: full refund of deposit.
  • Cancellation less than 1 month and with 1 week in advance: return of 50% of the deposit.
  • Cancellation less than 1 week in advance: no amount is returned.
• The owner can ask for a deposit of 100€ when the keys are delivered, which is returned upon departure if no damage or malfunction.
• Payment is accepted via Paypal. If you want to pay via Paypal, please contact us.
• In high season the minimum stay is 3 nights.
• Full weekend offer is only available in low season.
• The option of one night stay is only for groups in low season. If you want to rent Larrionda for one night, contact us here.

Services

• Pets are allowed at an additional charge of 15 € for the entire stay, as a cleaning concept.
• You can use a mobile barbecue, for an additional price of 15 € for the entire stay, as a cleaning concept.
• For extra capacity of the houses, a surcharge of 15€ applies per extra person, for the entire stay.
• Board games at home.

• ATM Caja Astur in Sevares, 1.5 kilometers.

  • Alsa buses regularly stop 0.6 km from the house.
