Village house Larrionda 1 is spacious and comfortable. It has capacity of 4 to 7 people plus a baby crib.
It has been restored keeping its original construction with stone. Wood is also very visible both outside and inside the house. Outside, the front window stands out, so do the doors and the wooden windows. Inside the floor, ceilings, stairs and all finishes are also made in this material. For the cold months, the house has electric radiators in all rooms.
You reach the house through a “antojana”, that is a front yard. At the entrance there is a nice porch with a table and chairs. On the ground floor, the living room and the kitchen are all in the same opened space. The living room is equipped with TV, games, information about the area and a large sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, blender, etc.
The top floor is accessed through a wide wooden staircase that ends in a corridor from which you access the rooms and the bathroom. The corridor ceiling unfolds, opening a trap door, where a wooden staircase leads to a beautiful loft equipped with a single bed under a window looking to the sky.

As a large room, it is possible to place an extra bed if needed or a cot. The second bedroom has two single beds, Larrionda 1 also has a large garden-parking by the house.
