Llanes
It is a fishing and touristic village with a nice ambience, and it’s considered the gateway to the Asturian East. Very pleasant to tour through the old town and the spectacular walking of San Pedro, which borders the Llanes cliffs overlooking the sea and the city. In the harbor you will find the Cubes of Memory, and you must also visit the Basilica of Santa Maria and the Aula del Mar, an exhibition space that seeks to explain the close relationship that Llanes has with the sea.

Ribadesella
Fishing port and touristic center. Great beach lined with a wide promenade. Spectacular view of the villa from the Ermita de la Guía which we recommend to climb. It has many companies dedicated to adventure sports, such as canoeing, caving and climbing. The famous international descent of the Sella river takes places during the first Saturday in August after day 2, where athletes come from around the world and a great local feast is celebrated.
This council also stands out for the tourist variety offered, and especially the activities surrounding the cave of Tito Bustillo, famous for its prehistoric paintings.
Lastres
Steep village that ends in the fishing port. TV series Dr. Matthew was filmed in it. It’s the right place to take good seafood. In this municipality there’s the Museum of Jurassic. In its beaches, and at low tide, the footprints of dinosaurs can be seen.
Tazones
For its fishing port and its proximity to the Picos de Europa, Tazones has the charm of both mountain and sea villages. It’s said that here Carlos V landed on his first trip to Spain on September 19, 1517 to take over his crown, bound by a big storm. There are restaurants on the beach and the best seafood in the area. Holds the title of Historical Site of the Principality of Asturias.
